Contractors and construction owners doing $2M or more annually, and established business owners with enough moving parts that once-a-year filing stops being enough. If your tax situation is straightforward, this is more than you need and Valor will say so.
03
Bookkeeping. Valor refers that work out so the records stay current and the tax conversation stays focused on decisions.

A short call about the business, what's creating pressure, and whether the fit is right. If it isn't, you'll get a straight answer.
Valor requests your prior-year returns, depreciation schedules, and carryforward detail. If it's easier, Valor contacts your previous accountant directly. You don't chase paperwork.
Reading the last few years of returns is where most of the value shows up early. What was filed, which elections were made, what's still open, and where the treatment stopped matching the business.

From there it settles into the normal rhythm: quarterly meetings, questions whenever they come up, and returns handled by the person who's been in your numbers all year.
